playin' outside in our barefeet on December 30th

It was SUCH a warm December! On December 30th I even let my boys play outside in their barefeet! It felt like early October!

Later that day...

This is the second time we had to pull him out of the bunny's cage. First time, I didn't get a picture but I so wish I had. I walked in the room and found Chico ALL the way in the cage and Grizwald trying to squeeze in with him. Chico hasn't tried again, I guess he learned his lesson. Griz didn't learn so fast I guess... :)

He got pretty upset after getting in there and I got a cute picture of Brent calming him down. I love my husband. :)

Christmas Morning

I love the sleepy faced pictures we get first thing in the morning. It's so adorable.

Still a little sensitive to the light...

The boys had a fun Christmas Morning and we had even more fun watching them open the presents.

Twas the night before Christmas...

...and all through the house, the parents were cleaning as quiet as a mouse.

okay, that's about as creative with the rhyming as I get... anyway, yeah we stayed up late cleaning and working on last minute gifts. I was exhausted by the time we finally went to bed. Oh, and I put the stockings on the tree because I couldn't think of anywhere else to put them and that part of the tree was QUITE barren. I actually really liked it and think I'll do it again... until we have a house of our own probably.

Look at this cute decoration idea Brent and Chico came up with one morning while I was sleeping soundly in bed. Wrapping paper on the wall!

Christmas Eve

We all got really spoiled with presents on Christmas Eve. All the grandparents were so kind to us. We forgot to take out our camera at the other grandparents house. But we pulled it out when my parents brought over presents for us.

Chico had been really wanting Brent's helicopter all day that day. Crazy coincidence, because he got one for Christmas!
