Peach Dessert.. more like Peach Delight!

Directions and Ingredients:
1 small package peach jello (don't follow package directions)
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
2 T corn starch
-- Mix together water, sugar and corn starch, (don't add the jello packet yet). Cook and stir until thick and clear. Remove from heat, add jello packet.  Chill until cool.  In the meantime...
2 sleeves graham crackers crushed (approx 2 cups)
1 cube melted butter
6 T powdered sugar
--- Mix to make a graham cracker crust and press on the bottom of a 9x13 pan Reserve 1/4 cup for sprinkling on top
Add 5 cups or more sliced peaches onto the graham cracker crust (we like it packed full of peaches)  and then pour the jello mixture onto the peaches.  (It will set later in the fridge).
For the topping:
1 tub cool whip
8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup powdered sugar.
-- Mix together and spread on top of peaches.  Sprinkle the leftover graham cracker crumbs on the top.
